The Covid 19 lockdown changed the way we live. Simple things like going out for a coffee or having a catch up with friends, were suddenly not an option. More and more aspects of life moved online, including therapy and counselling.
It’s a very different experience, sharing your personal feelings and thoughts with someone online instead of face-to-face. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t effective.
