“I didn’t want to be brave. I just wanted my Mum back.” – The Rise of Millenial Grief.
What a fantastic approach this is. When Rachel Wilson lost her Mum, she couldn’t find a support group that she felt worked for her. So she set up her own.
The Grief Network is set up to to help those experiencing ‘Millenial Grief’, young people in early adulthood who have lost their parents. After the success of her first meeting, the network is growing, and Rachel is now launching a series of events designed to challenge what grief is for a young person, and working with bereavement charities.
